Try this instead:
"After-Eight Pudding" - without after-Eight
you need:
-0.5 l peppermint tea (let it drag 10-14 min.)
-one package of Natreen pudding pulver, chocolate taste
(this a low calorie pudding powder - but I don't know if it is available in other countries than germany. If you use another one, make sure that it contains not sugar already)
-liquid sweetener
Put the tea and the powder in a pot, add some drops sweetener and heat it up, till the powder is completley dissolved.
Don't forget to stir from time to time, to avoid clumping.
Let it cool down, fill the mass in small molds and leave for 3-4 hours in the fridge.
Calories: If you use Natreen it contains 80 calories, if you use another non sugar-containing product
probably 110-140.
"Nutella"
you need
- 100 g low-fat quark
- kakao powder (the bitter, SUGARFREE one)
- our best friend, liquid sweetener
Stir the quark and the kakao in a small bowl and add as much sweetener if you want.
Delicious fake-nutella

It depends on the quark you take, so it contains between 60 and 80 per 100 gramm.
