Cabbage soup have 60 calories per cup. I usually only have a cup, and call it 60 calories to cut corners for the day.
What you will need:
6 green onions, 2 green bell peppers, 1-2 cans diced tomatoes, 1 bunch of celery, 3 carrots, 1/2 head of cabbage, 1 packet of lipton soup mix, 1 or 2 bouillan cubes (use vegetable bouillan cubes if you're veggie, but watch out for ones that contain whey!), 1 48 oz bottle of V8 juice (This is optional, but it gives the soup a more tomato-y taste)
How to make it:
Slice up the onions and bell peppers, celery, carrots, and cabbage into bite sized pieces. Throw the green onions and peppers into a decent sized pot set on medium heat, and stir frequently. When the peppers are soft, add in the cabbage, celery, carrots, and tomatoes. Stir frequently until cabbage and other vegetables are soft. This may take awhile. Add the bouillan cubes to boiling water. The appropriate measurements for cubes to water will be listed on the package. After fully dissolved, add the liquid to the vegetable mix. Then add the V8 and the lipton soup mix. The soup should continue to cook between low and medium heat for at least two hours.
