it's not really a real recipe, but when I feel a little bit weak I take two or three egg whites, and bake them without any butter or oil, you just have to keep whipping it because it will burn otherwise,
I love it because it's full off proteine and only contains 14 Kcal per eggwhite

mmm bake them, i just had three egg whites but fried them no oil just cook and spray.
How do you bake them just put them in a bowl and in the oven, how long does it take?

huh I dont understand, I just put the egg whites in a heated pan, keep whipping them ( it doesnt smells really good), put some pepper and salt on it and when all the slimes disapeared its ready

lol, oh sorry i thought you meant you bake them in an oven.
